Baked some pumpkin spice cupcakes with cinnamon cream cheese frosting last week for our “Friendsgiving” lunch event at work. It’s been a while since I last baked. I was kind of nervous about this, I’ve never made pumpkin cupcakes before. 🙂
I made 24 cupcakes to bring to work and another 24 for home consumption.
Slowly getting better with my frosting skills. Yay!!! 🙂
